Arrotxa-E es una asociaci\u00f3n local sin \u00e1nimo de lucro ubicada en el barrio de la Rochapea con el fin de obtener una transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica justa. Para ello, se realizan diferentes actividades alrededor de la energ\u00eda como el autoconsumo, movilidad compartida, formaciones, charlas etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n
